Dual accreditation

The program prepares the participants for Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I) and ICF ACC individual credential level. Additionaly, program may prepare for Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) certification.

Curriculum

LEARN PROFESSIONAL SCRUM

Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is an interactive, activity-based course where students gain a strong understanding of Professional Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master. Through a combination of discussion and exercises, students develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset while learning the practices applied by successful Scrum Teams. The course, developed by Scrum.org, uses a combination of instructor-led and activity-based learning where students work together in teams. Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) bring their own Scrum Master experiences and stories to the class and use their skills as professional trainers to deliver the material using their own unique delivery style. The result is an engaging, enjoyable learning experience where students gain a deep understanding of Scrum theory and principles, the Scrum Master accountabilities and why each element of the Scrum framework is important.

GET CONFIDENT IN COACHING INDIVIDUALS & TEAMS

Integrative Constructivist Coaching Diploma (ICCD) is a course which prepares any scrum master to confidently slide into the role of a coach in a variety of organizational roles and contexts. The program delivers interactive and engaging learning experience, based on psychological know-how, simulations, continuous feedback, peer learning, curated readings and launching a coaching process with a real client. Over the course of the program you will receive at least 3 times a written feedback on your coaching skills according to the ICF core coaching competencies system. Our qualified assessors will provide real time. personalized and actionable feedback.

APPLY KANBAN PRACTICE

There is a myth that teams need to choose between using Scrum or Kanban. There are many benefits to optimizing the flow of work in Scrum by leveraging Kanban practices. Professional Scrum™ with Kanban (PSK) is an interactive, activity-based training course that teaches scrum practitioners how to improve the way they work by applying Kanban practices in the context of Professional Scrum.

GET MENTORED

Mentoring is a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on real world practice to increase the professional capability of scrum practitioners coaching, in alignment with the Scrum and ICF Core Competencies. Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of professional competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.
