Why ICF Performance Evaluation?
ICF Performance Evaluation is a part of ICF Credentialing process.
The purpose of the Performance Evaluation is to ensure the applicant’s coaching is aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and demonstrates the coaching skills required at the level of credentialing.

What is ICF Performance Evaluation?
- You will have 2h of mentoring / supervising with Koučing centar mentor / evaluator to prepare you for performance evaluation session recording and coach knowledge test.
- Koučing centar’s ICF accredited Assessors will review 1 recorded coaching session for ACC level and 2 recorded coaching sessions for PCC level for those applying for ICF credentials.
- You are required to pass performance evaluation in order to be credible to apply for the ICF credentialing exam direclty
What are the ICF PE standards?
- The performance evaluation must be a complete coaching session (not edited) lasting between 20 and 60 minutes.
-The performance evaluation must be from an actual coaching session between you and a paid or pro bono client (not part of your coaching education).
- You will receive an email notifying you when your results have been received from the assessor. The email will also include directions on how to access feedback on your performance from the assessors.
- When your evaluation is done you will receive a PE diploma and are ready to upload your diploma at the ICF website and wait for final step - coach knowledge exam.

Payment plans
In line with our slogan ‘Coaching for all’ we are quiet flexible with the payment conditions for individuals paying for their own education and will customize them to your needs and possibilities.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your participation after paying a number of installments, we keep the amount paid, and you get the opportunity to participate in one of the following cycles of the program. If we have to cancel the training for justified reasons (e.g. trainer's illness), we will refund the registration fee you paid.
