How is mentoring process organised in Koucing centar?
Koučing centar is one of the few ICF Level 2 providers in the region. We are offering a whole mentoring process aligned with ICF standards. You can apply for the ICF mentoring process throughout the whole year. Group mentoring sessions are held each month (last Thursday of the month). You can choose your individual mentor among eight (8) PCCs from Koučing centar.
Can I take ICF mentoring with Koucing centar if I have finished coaching education elsewhere?
Who is reviewing my recording and transcript (Koucing centar or ICF)?
All candidates allegeable for Level1 and/or Level2 would have opportunity for one-stop-shop and their recordings would be reviewed by Koučing centar’s certified assessors.

GROUP MENTORING

- A walkthrough of ICF competencies in practice
- Simulation-based learning about how ICF competencies work
- Feedback on coaching simulation in line with the ICF Core Competencies framework
INDIVIDUAL MENTORING
3H
- Collaborative analysis of coaching sessions according to the ICF Core Competencies feedback
- Feedback on what worked well and what could be improved
- Preparation for submitting an audio recording as part of the ICF credential process
- Preparation for the ICF credentialing exam
Online format
7 group mentoring live calls (2 x 3.5h)
3 individual mentoring live calls (3 x 1h)
The mentoring process spread over a period of minimum 3 months .

Payment plans
In line with our slogan ‘Coaching for all’ we are quiet flexible with the payment conditions for individuals paying for their own education and will customize them to your needs and possibilities.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your participation after paying a number of installments, we keep the amount paid, and you get the opportunity to participate in one of the following cycles of the program. If we have to cancel the training for justified reasons (e.g. trainer's illness), we will refund the registration fee you paid.
